I used this video several times weekly when speaking to the public in North Carolina, USA about sea turtles. It is a great video made for kids but the combination of national geographics stunning photography and the manner in which Cara's story is told from hatching to renesting, makes it excellent viewing for adults too! I would thoroughly recommend this video for anyone interfacing with the public or who just wants to increase their sea turtle library! Shame they don't do it in PAL format so I can watch it in the UK. (P.S. Watch out for Cara's immaculate conception at the end of the vid, I wish national geographic had tried to at least touch on mating!) |
