Hawksbill post-hatchling

Hawksbill post-hatchling found swimming at the surface in Lac Bay, Bonaire, measuring 7 cm SCL. Onshore winds push these normally pelagic animals into the bay where they become trapped. This individual was released back into open water on the west side of Bonaire.
