The 9th International Wildlife Law Conference (IWLC) will take place on November 4-5, 2005 at the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. We are interested in developing a panel on the role of international legal instruments in conserving sea turtles and invite submission of proposals, either for individual papers or a panel. Participants will be invited to develop articles for a special symposium issue of the Journal of International Wildlife Law & Policy, <http://www.jiwlp.com>.
